SHIPPING POLICY

YOUR ORDER SHIPS FAST:

We will have your fabric in within 1 business day from the time your order was placed (excluding weekends and holidays), unless otherwise noted. In the event that we are out of stock of an item you will be promptly notified by phone or via email.


HOW WE SHIP


  • The Shipping methods Event Fabrics L.A. Inc uses are FEDEX/UPS/ USPS/ SAMPLE SHIPPING ORDERS.
  • Shipping is determined by the size and weight of order.
  • Undercharged shipping on overweight items will be placed on hold until the right amount is calculated. The customer will then be notified with the correct shipping amount.
  • Most items are shipped within 48 hours of order.
  • All next day and second day deliveries will be processed the day after the order has been placed.
  • Shipping charges will not be refunded on orders.
  • All merchandise is labeled and inspected before it is shipped.
  • Once the item has been inspected, we place the Fabric and / or Trim in a thick poly bag. This protects it in transit from getting damaged.
  • Fabric orders that exceed 5 yards are rolled onto tubes to protect it from getting wrinkled or damaged.
  • Trims are rolled onto spools to protect the trim from getting tangled or harmed.
  • We Do NOT cover any return expenses; the customer must handle all returns.
  • We Do NOT ship on weekends Saturday, Sunday & all Major Holidays.

Please note that expedited shipping options dictate the time in transit, not the time from ordering to delivery.

Swatch Samples are shipped USPS First Class

TAXES AND DUTIES MAY BE IMPOSED BY THE COUNTRY OF ORIGIN. THIS IS IN ADDITION TO OUR CHARGE AND WILL BE COLLECTED DIRECTLY BY THE SHIPPING CARRIER. CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL TAXES AND DUTIES OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES.
